What delivery services do you offer?
Standard Delivery, delivery is usually within a week but is NOT guaranteed. You should allow extra time for the more remote areas of the UK and over bank holiday periods.
Express Delivery, guaranteed delivery within 2 working days.
Note: Express delivery is not available for items that are delivered direct from the manufacturer.
For both Standard and Express delivery we use a "signed for" service so please make sure someone will be available to sign for it.
What are your delivery charges?
Standard Delivery (usually within 1 week) £3.95. FREE if your order is over £50.
Express Delivery (within 2 working days) £6.95. FREE if your order is over £75.
Note: Express delivery is not available for items that are delivered direct from the manufacturer.
Are there any places you do not deliver to?
We do not deliver to the following;
- Any address ouside the UK
- The Channel Islands
- PO Box addresses
- BFPO addresses
Can we collect our order from your premises?
No, we are an internet based business and do not have any shop premises or facilities for personal callers.
What do you mean by working days?
Working days are usually Monday to Friday but exclude bank/public holidays. Special details about our Christams holidays will be published on this website during December. When calculating working days do not include the date we received your order (e.g. if we receive your order on a Monday, 1 working day = Tuesday, 2 = Wednesday, 3 = Thursday, 4 = Friday, 5 = the following Monday, etc.)
Do you have a minimum order value?
No, you can order as little as one item if you wish.
How do you despatch the order?
This depends on the weight and delivery destination. It is usually by Royal Mail but it can be by a commercial carrier such as UK Mail, DHL, TNT, etc. We use a "signed for" service so please make sure someone will be available to sign for it.
Can you deliver to a different address?
No, to protect against credit card fraud we can only deliver to the statement address of your credit/debit card.
Can we place an order by email, post, telephone or fax?
Sorry no, we are an internet based business and all orders must be placed on our web site.
Can we contact you by telephone?
As a purely internet based business and to keep our prices as competitive as possible we do not have a staffed sales office and therefore are unable to provide telephone support.
All enquiries are dealt with by email. We find this far more efficient and provides a written record of any information we have provided you with.

Do you produce a printed catalogue?
We do not produce a catalogue as our range is constantly growing and a printed catalogue would be out of date almost as soon as it was printed. You can view and order our full range of products on our web site.
